COVID-19 Impact On The Courts & Bail Bonds
On behalf of everyone on our Lacey O’Malley Team, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19—this includes not only those diagnosed with the virus, but also their friends and family, those whose jobs and schools have been impacted and so many more. Our focus is, as always, on the health and safety of our employees, clients and communities.
As the full impact of the coronavirus pandemic continues to unfold for us here in Washington State, our judicial system is not immune. Some courts have been ordered to temporarily close and/or reduce the scope of their activity. However, people continue to be arrested and arraignments will continue as well, thus requiring bail bonds to secure release and return to their families.
Lacey O’Malley, and the bail bond industry in general, is an integral part of the criminal justice system in the sense we guarantee the smooth running of the judicial system, ensuring that defendants meet their obligations to appear in court. As a part of the insurance industry, bail bond companies are permitted to continue operating during the shutdown period ordered by Governor Inslee.
Lacey O’Malley’s
Commitment To You
The Lacey O’Malley Team is committed to continue serving our clients, providing prompt bail bond service in a safe manner for you, your family, the judicial staff, the jail employees and our Team members.
Introducing Rapidmobile™ Bail Bond Service
The Lacey O’Malley Team is proud to introduce RapidMobile Bail Bond Service throughout the Puget Sound area.
How does it work? As we do now, a Lacey O’Malley Team member will continue to be available in court with you and commence the bail bonding process. But now with our RapidMobile service, your family members and friends who are helping post bail no longer have to come to our office to complete the paperwork and provide collateral.
Lacey O’Malley can go to them at their home and complete the process conveniently in the safety of their residence.
For those who would prefer to not meet one of our Team members in person, our RapidMobile service also allows us to post bonds via email, eSign on the web, and over the phone.
Lacey O’Malley has made significant investments over the past year equipping our Team member agents with the latest computer hardware, software and communications equipment to allow the Lacey O’Malley Team to operate remotely — all the more important with the the current COVID-19 restrictions and safety concerns.
Your Lacey O’malley Team Is Ready To Help You Now
With our 24/7 service and our new RapidMobile response service, we are ready to get you or your family member out of jail and back home with family quickly and safely.
Call (206) 622-2668 or (800) 660-5245 today.
